satisfactory stay overall
clean room varied food attentive service slow check-in internet access shower temperature
the rooms were large and up to date i appreciated the cleanliness. the food offered a lot of variety i found the customer service very attentive. the staff welcomed us warmly at the restaurant entrance it was a pleasant experience.
internet access stopped immediately after checkout this made ordering a taxi difficult. the shower temperature cycled from hot to cold this was unexpected.

a loving moment, remembered
spacious rooms restaurant food halal options
everything felt crafted with such care, a warm hug when i needed it. the rooms spaciousness allowed us to unwind, and that food at the restaurant? fabulous. i do loved the halal options too, a thoughtful touch we so appreciated.
i noticed some sounds carry pretty clearly between rooms.

the beautiful suite king offered very nice space and light. its layout was well planned. the bath area featured modern fixtures. the design used calming colors. i was completely satisfied.

the restaurant had a diverse breakfast menu and perfect service. staff always are attentive. i think, the pool on the rooftop offers panoramic city views and comfortable lounge chairs. its perfect.

mixed feelings about this hotel
busy traffic separate building
the staff were friendly and helpful , which i appreciated.
I was placed in a building across the street. traffic was really busy. the pool, gym, and restaurant were in the main building, so i had to walk across the road. I disliked this arrangement.

Really good Stay
spacious rooms helpful doormen
The rooms were spacious with functional bathrooms, including a bath and separate shower stall. I found the complimentary chocolate and truffle buffet served between 3 and 4 pm quite good. The doormen were very helpful when assisting with directions for taxis. The breakfast buffet was amazing.
The gym was not maintained adequately. I found dirt on the floor and sweat stains on the equipment. There was a lack of cleaning supplies.

The staff were very friendly (especially at the breakfast buffet). They assisted with directions and provided prompt service. I felt very welcome and well taken care of.

The room had good toiletries available for use. I liked being able to control the water pressure in the shower. I also liked having a separate toilet stall for added convenience and privacy.

amazing stay!
spacious room friendly staff great breakfast
the rooms were beautiful and spacious!!! the bathroom had amazing features too! the staff were very nice and friendly. breakfast was lovely! noodles were a highlight. coffee was also great. the pool and gym area were super enjoyable and well-kept.
the room was very close to the busy street and i could hear loud traffic until late. it was hard to sleep with that noise.
